We moved into a 2 year old house that already had their system installed. I called to set it up for our use and couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was eager to help and very polite on the phone. They came over to the house promptly (I expected a few weeks!) and stayed until the job was done. We had a new wifi box put in and a new keypad. The gentleman was very patient while he was teaching me how to use it and made sure that I understood before he left. I feel very confident about our system and the service 🙂 thanks for your help!

I was looking to have security cameras installed in my home. After researching companies who either ended up having bad BBB grades or others who were priced ridiculously high a friend recomended Security Alarm Corp. I went to their offices and was helped by Eric. We went thru all my options and he showed me what was available, then gave me a very reasonable price installed. He came to my house that afternoon to go over the locations that I wanted covered. His men came out to install the cameras and DVR recorder even before we had internet. Told me that when we had the internet installed they’d come back and hook it all up and show me how to use it. Made one appointment and they came over and did exactly what he said they’d do. After a few days they came back to fine tune. I couldn’t be happier with the service, price, and more importantly the friendliness and professionalism of all involved. I highly recommend this company and Eric for sure.

Almost two years ago, I had an alarm going off in my house and couldn’t figure out what it was or what to do. Long story short. You all had Carlton call me to see if he could fix it over the phone. It was Thanksgiving time and when he couldn’t resolve it over the phone and although he was getting ready to sit down to eat with his son, he drove up from North Port ( as I recall) and found and resolved my issue!! I felt so badly that I had taken him away from his family but I was also incredibly impressed that he came, resolved the problem and was kind and professional. I made a big plate of food for him to take home and he laughed! You really have someone exceptional!
